Three forces make this the moment. Dating app trust is eroding and users are actively looking for alternatives. Healing and therapy are becoming normalized inside Black professional communities, removing the stigma that used to gate this kind of work. And AI has made personalized emotional development affordable at a price point that used to require $200/hour coaching. The product is already live and converting: 46 to 48 paying subscribers, 27.7% organic free-to-paid conversion with zero paid acquisition, and 83% of the earliest paying cohort still active. This isn't a thesis anymore, it's a working system.
